a professional organisation which draws its members from private individuals, a wide range of small, medium and large organizations as well as the self employed from the most diverse businesses and age groups. It is open to all without discrimination.
Our members care about education for children and adults across the world so you will find them initiating and supporting projects in Europe, India, Nepal, Afrika and elsewhere. This is what we mean by leadership.
We deal with each other in an open, respectful manner and without discrimination – in other words according to the

We believe that is possible in this humble way to be an example and to play our part in living together in a better way – in the private sphere as well as in our business relationships. This is perhaps not such a bad idea in a society which is tainted with competition, selfishness and fear of the future. If one wants to change the world one has to start with oneself.

• Every human being gains a mass of knowledge during a lifetime through learning and experience.
• Everyone has particular talents and specializations but only a few are able to fully share this knowledge and wisdom with others.
• This is not because they refuse to do so but rather because they are not even aware of the knowledge they possess.
• ILBS wishes to establish a platform where the systematic and regular exchange of knowledge can happen in a relaxed atmosphere.
