4th ILBS Community Meeting 13th-15th May 2011

ILBS e.V., is proud to present the fourth Community Meeting again at the beautiful historic convent Heiligkreuztal in Southern Germany.
This year, we will have our usual varied and exciting program of workshops presented by the members and friends of ILBS. The details will be announced as soon as possible

Our concept is that every human being gains a mass of knowledge during a lifetime through learning and experience. Everyone has particular talents and specializations but only a few have the opportunity to fully share this knowledge and wisdom with others. ILBS wishes to establish a platform where this knowledge can be shared in a relaxed and happy atmosphere with time for personal interaction.

 

Provisional details:

Arrive: Friday 13th May 2011 from 2:00 pm. Departure: Sunday 15th May after coffee.We have reserved a number of rooms for you on a first come first served basis. After these rooms have been booked we will not be able to garantee a place in the monastery. Alternatively rooms with shower and WC in nearby hotels can be booked for you. Therefore it is absolutely necessary to book early if one wishes to stay in the historic rooms once occupied by nuns.

The total cost includes full board for the duration of the conference as well as conference fees. The charges are as follows:

• 2-bed room EUR 120 per person
• 2-bed room with shower and WC EUR 150 per person
• Single room EUR 150
• Single room with shower and WC EUR 170
• Children under 3 years of age are free, 4-10 50%, 11-15 25% reduction.
• only a few rooms are available in the monastery but alternatively you will be accomodated in a nearby hotel

If you are able to make an additional contribution this would enable us to help somebody from a developing country to attend the conference.
