Who would like to start a local chapter in Germany?

I would like to see ILBS develop decentrally. At the moment we have a group in 
southern Germany (Baden-Württemberg) which is also responsible for the general organisation of ILBS.

I suggest in Germany that we aim at one chapter for each 'Bundesland'.
