Rückblick Gandhi Tour 2009 (Steve Engelking) 6. Summer Party 2009 In future the costs for the Summer Party will be carried by ILBS 7. Future accounting - Bookkeeping software for besser accounting of individual accounts? - This was considered not necessary because the Gandhi Project has its own account 8. Application for charitable status The members agreeed unanimously to apply for charitable status 9. Application for a change in the articles of the society (see attachment) The members agreed unanimously that the change to the articles regarding the board should be accepted. In future there is to be only 3 members of the board: Chairman, Treasurer and Secretary 10. Exoneration of the board The board was unanimously exonerated. 11.Re-election fo the board The members voted unanimously for the re-election of the current board: Stephen Engelking (Chairman) Thomas Hauser (Treasurer) Philipp Vetter (Secretary) 12. Forecast - ILBS-Speakers? Here a voluntary or part-time activity where an ILBS speaker is employed for co-ordination and communication - Extension of the current activities? To be considered are new activities such as trading (creation of a consultancy network), Education - Foreign branches? Possibility is a new ILBS centre possibly in Holland - As before, all events during the year shall be offered by ILBS members 13.Presentation of the Mango-Projektes of Passam Tiendrebeogo 14. Presentation of the Gandhi Charity Project in India
